Staying Healthy Inside and Out
At Progress House we know it takes a healthy mind, body and spirit to sustain positive growth. We incorporate fresh produce and balanced ingredients in each meal so that our clients feel prepared to take on the day.
We are also offering exercise classes including yoga as a way to stay grounded and in shape. Exercise has been proven to improve mental health while adding more years to one's life, which is why it's an important part of our programming.
